"Party in the park?  Sunning on the beach?
Here is a warning we all should teach:
The pandemic's hitting its second wave,
It's really not clever to try to be brave.

Don't take risks!  Don't be a fool!
All you might want's at our Reform Shul:
Services, singing and talks from the heart;
Music and laughter; fun facts to impart.

So sit yourself down and switch on to Zoom,
And enjoy it in safety in your living-room.

Yet a real live communal service would excel

And for the blessing of good health of us all

EE – THEY CONSTANTLY PRESS US AND URGE
US TO GET ON ZOOM NOW
TO DAVEN, AND HOW,
AS THEY SING TO US SWEETLY, NO DIRGE!

THERE ARE LOTS OF LAI LAIS AND GUITAR,
WHICH HELP WHEN YOU PRAY FROM AFAR.
PLUS THE ODD HALLELU,
YA-BA-BAIS OLD AND NEW,
WHICH REBBE WILL GET THE GOLD STAR?

THERE AR MITZVAHS GALORE, BAR AND BAT
GOING ON WHILE THE SHUL REMAINS SHUT.
YOU CAN SEE WE CAN TELL
THAT THE GRANDPARENTS KVELL
JOINING IN FROM THEIR POSH ROOM OR HUT

IT WOULD BE OH SO NICE NONETHELESS
TO BE BACK IN OUR SHUL, I CONFESS.
IT’S EASY AT HOME
BUT WE’RE DYING TO ROAM
BACK TO RADLETT, WITH KIDDUSH, AND FRESS!
