This list is not intended to be exhaustive but will provide an idea of what help is available across Hertfordshire.
If you need help in a Mental Health Crisis in Hertfordshire:
Jami (Jewish mental health charity): www.jamiuk.org - Provides mental health support for adults, children and young adults (11-18 years old), families and carers.
For referral to Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) or Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), discuss referral with your GP.

- Nightlight (run by Herts Mind Network): 01923 256391. Open 7pm to 1am daily for drop-ins or phone calls.
