Saturday Mornings

Shabbat Shalom is an adult class meeting twice a month for one hour before the Shabbat Service. The aim is to help participants become familiar with decoding the Hebrew alphabet and vowels, using the latest edition of “Forms of Prayer” and other Hebrew sources. Some slight introduction is given to Hebrew vocabulary and basic grammar and on occasions the class wanders off into discussing Jewish or Biblical themes as raised by the group.
