 We are a young and young-at-heart Reform Jewish community of about 600 families, including over 1,000 adults, and growing steadily. As an inclusive and egalitarian community, we aim to provide for the religious, spiritual and communal needs of Jewish people in the area. Although our building is in Radlett, we draw members not only from Radlett and Bushey, but also from surrounding locations, both near and far, including Borehamwood, Elstree, St Albans, Bricket Wood, Shenley, Watford, Stanmore, Luton and beyond.
- We provide for the religious and spiritual needs of members through services and other activities including social and educational activities. In particular, we value children, youth and young people as a significant part of our community and provide engaging and stimulating activities to meet their needs.

- We welcome new members, inspiring and retaining those who might otherwise be estranged from Judaism and the Jewish Community.

Rather than being seen as a building people just visit at High Holy Days, we want to be regarded as a community that provides something for everyone throughout the year. By providing a wide range of activities for all ages, we hope that it will be natural for members to want to participate in them.
